Can I use my own SMTP server?

Yes! PiP Inbox supports custom SMTP server integration for enhanced flexibility and control. This feature is available on our Standard, Premium, and Business plans.

What is Amazon SES integration?

Amazon SES (Simple Email Service) provides highly reliable, scalable, and cost-effective email delivery. PiP Inbox is built on top of Amazon SES to ensure industry-leading deliverability rates for your campaigns.

How does email validation work?

Our advanced email validation service automatically checks email addresses for syntax errors, domain validity, and deliverability status to help you maintain clean mailing lists and improve campaign performance.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can easily change your subscription plan at any time from your account dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated accordingly.

Do you provide API access?

What are sending credits?

Sending credits are used to send emails. Each email sent consumes one credit. Credits reset monthly based on your chosen plan, and unused credits do not roll over to the next month.

Is there a refund policy?
